1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address – used for account creation and authentication (via Supabase Auth).
• Phone number – collected only if you choose to verify your phone to activate the free plan. Optional.
• User-generated content – text prompts, images, and videos you upload or generate within the app. Stored in our secure cloud storage to display your history and favorites.
• Purchase information – subscription and in-app purchase records processed by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
• Usage data – feature usage counts (e.g., how many images you generated this month) stored in our database to enforce plan limits. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Tofu AI service.
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To manage your subscription, credits, and content history.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g., video generation completed). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the app:

• Supabase – database, authentication, and file storage.
• fal.ai – AI model processing. Your prompts and uploaded media are sent to fal.ai servers for generation. fal.ai's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• RevenueCat – subscription and purchase management.
• Railway – backend API hosting.

We do not use any third-party advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs.

4. Data Retention

• Free plan: Generated content is stored temporarily (up to 7 days) and is not backed up to permanent storage.
• Paid plans: Content is retained according to your plan's storage quota and retention policy (30 days for Plus, 90 days for Pro, unlimited for Creator).
• Account data is retained until you delete your account.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access or export your data by contacting us.
• Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by submitting a request at the link below.
• Withdraw consent for phone number collection by not using the phone verification feature.

6. Children's Privacy

Tofu AI is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security in our database, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Topladığımız Bilgiler

Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olan bilgileri toplarız:

• E-posta adresi – hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama için (Supabase Auth aracılığıyla).
• Telefon numarası – yalnızca ücretsiz planı aktive etmek için telefon doğrulaması yapanlardan alınır. İsteğe bağlıdır.
• Kullanıcı içeriği – uygulamada yüklediğiniz veya oluşturduğunuz metin, görsel ve videolar. Geçmişinizi ve favorilerinizi göstermek için güvenli bulut depolamamızda saklanır.
• Satın alma bilgisi – RevenueCat ve App Store / Google Play tarafından işlenen abonelik ve uygulama içi satın alma kayıtları. Kart bilgilerinizi saklamayız.
• Kullanım verisi – plan limitlerini uygulamak amacıyla özellik kullanım sayıları (örn. bu ay kaç görsel oluşturdunuz). Bu veriler reklam amacıyla satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.

2. Bilgileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

• Tofu AI hizmetini sunmak ve geliştirmek için.
• Hesabınızı doğrulamak ve oturumunuzu sürdürmek için.
• Aboneliğinizi, kredilerinizi ve içerik geçmişinizi yönetmek için.
• İşlem bildirimleri göndermek için (örn. video oluşturma tamamlandı). Açık onayınız olmadan pazarlama e-postası göndermeyiz.

3. Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Yalnızca uygulamayı işletmek için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşıyoruz:

• Supabase – veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve dosya depolama.
• fal.ai – yapay zeka model işleme. Prompt'larınız ve yüklediğiniz medya, üretim için fal.ai sunucularına gönderilir.
• RevenueCat – abonelik ve satın alma yönetimi.
• Railway – backend API barındırma.

Üçüncü taraf reklam veya davranışsal izleme SDK'sı kullanmıyoruz.

4. Veri Saklama

• Ücretsiz plan: Üretilen içerik geçici olarak (en fazla 7 gün) saklanır, kalıcı depolamaya yedeklenmez.
• Ücretli planlar: İçerik, planınızın depolama kotasına ve saklama politikasına göre tutulur (Plus 30 gün, Pro 90 gün, Creator sınırsız).
• Hesap verileri, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır.

5. Haklarınız

• Verilerinize erişim veya dışa aktarım için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
• Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi silmek için doğrudan uygulamadan (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil) veya aşağıdaki bağlantıdan talep gönderebilirsiniz.
• Telefon numarası doğrulama özelliğini kullanmayarak telefon numarası toplanmasına izin vermeyebilirsiniz.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Tofu AI, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara (AB'de 16 yaşın altına) yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun kişisel veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin, verileri derhal sileriz.

7. Güvenlik

HTTPS/TLS şifreli bağlantılar, veritabanında satır düzeyinde güvenlik ve erişim kontrolleri dahil endüstri standardı önlemler kullanırız.

8. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.
